WHEN TO GO CASUAL AND WHEN TO DRESS UP

Casual and dress up are kinds of clothes, but they have differences in the time when people wear it. Casual consist of shirt, t-shirt, jeans, etc. Usually people wear it in the free time. For example : when someone go to campus, travelling , hangout or mall . on the other hand, if we want to dress up we have to wear formal clothes. Usually people wear it in an event ,such as: wedding party, formal event, etc . Finally, people can wear casual anytime. But dress up is in the formal event .
